BERTRAND Luc – CBA- Belgique
An instructor since 1996, Luc has won numerous awards for his balloon decor work. He is known for his innovative compositions and techniques and creates commercial balloon designs for all types of clients. Luc owns a 3000-square-foot balloon shop in Belgium. Luc has been teaching for Pioneer® in over 15 different countries all over the world. and was voted best overseas instructor at the Qualatex event 2001.

CHEE Ed – CBA- USA
Ed Chee has been twisting for over 12 years. He is an award-winning balloon artist, the author of the “Hat Attack!!!” DVD, producer of many DVD’s for various balloon artists, founder and host of Diamond Jam, and a featured instructor at several major conventions. Known for his extremely detailed style of twisting, he has appeared several times on television and has been the subject of several articles in magazines and newspapers.

DELHAYE Dominique – CBA – France (54)
Dominique Delhaye cba, Well known as “DOM” is a balloon passionate since 1990. He discovered balloons by chance In Strasbourg were a magician gave him his first 260q. Furthermore after opening his party shop in Metz in the year 1997, he soon realized the impact of Balloon decor and further specialised in this direction by becoming CBA and then QAI. With his enthusiasm as ever DOM will learn you the basics of balloon modelling.

Dr Bob- CBA- Angleterre
Bob Armstrong CBA, otherwise known as Dr Bob, has been in the balloon business for 15 years and has had a retail outlet for 11 years. “I have a passion for what I do” says Bob “and I enjoy passing on my skills. I’m still enthusiastic about balloons, even after 15 years!” Dr Bob’s Balloons is a full range party shop in Barry, South Wales, offering balloon decor, partyware, fancy costume, deliveries, banners, cards and anything else you can think of to do with parties. Bob has been teaching for Pioneer for about 5 years as well as running his business.

DUDZIAC Manon – France (26)
Passionate about balloons, Manon goes beyond imagination and breathes life into her creations on scene. After a third prize in a stage competition, she went to china to let them discover her talent. Today she makes her living from her passion…Balloon art.

DUPUIS Bénédicte – CBA- France (78)
Historian, Benedicte got very quickly fond of childhood (magazines, toys, parties, etc..), and finally discovered the balloon universe in Paris in 1995 at the European balloon symposium. Since then she never left the balloons by becoming first CBA and then QAI. Three years ago, Benedicte opened a shop, A “workshop”, dedicated to balloons, its selling and promoting.

FALCONE Alberto – CBA – Italie
Alberto is passionate about balloons and his designs just ooze with flair and innovation. He is constantly exploring new techniques and designs to sell to his clients. He is a world class designer having achieved: in both 1999 and 2000 1st Prize for his Large Sculptures at BACI, 1st Prize for his large Sculpture at IBAC in 2002 as well as achieving overall Designer of the Year. Alberto has travelled around the world teaching and demonstrates a true Italian eye for design wherever he goes.

GERMAIN Yves - CBA - France (62)
Yves nous vient du Nord de la France, plus précisément du Nord Pas de Calais. (Et oui un chti !)Il travaille depuis de nombreuses années dans une grande boutique d’articles de fêtes qui possède notamment la plus grande collection de costumes de France. Il est fou de ballon sous toutes ses formes : sculpture, deco, et ballon tendu ! Pour preuve, il est le créateur du « balloon forum », le forum le plus fun des mordus du ballons !

GRIST David – CBA - Angleterre
Un véritable professionnel qui a définitivement marqué le monde de l’art ballon. Un artiste déjanté, simple et novateur, qui a été l’auteur de structures ballons époustouflantes !Bien connu pour ses grandes sculptures, il restera dans nos esprit comme une des meilleures références dans le ballon.

LUTMAN José – CBA - France (68)
José, est un véritable artiste du ballon. Dans sa boutique en Alsace, il propose des décorations ballons design et très originales. Son style novateur, notamment en ballon tendu, offre une nouvelle image du ballon : créative et recherchée.

MAGIC Ludovic – France (26)
Ludovic est un twister hors pair! Fou de ballons, il apporte de l’excentricité à ses compositions ballon. Un sculpteur hyper sympathique qui se fera un plaisir de vous initier à sa passion du ballon.

MARSTON-WESTON Sue – CBA- Angleterre
Sue has been involved in the balloon industry since 1991, starting with a home based balloon company and latterly moving into further education, and has taught as an instructor for Pioneer in many countries worldwide. After following the QBN programme and becoming a CBA, Sue progressed in the balloon trade by attending as many industry events as possible. She will tell you that if you want to learn skills from some of the industries best, then there is no better way than by attending an event or convention where you will live, eat, sleep and breathe balloons for a few days. Sue has won many awards and was voted best UK training provider of the year several times. She now works with Conwin as their Sales Manager.

NORIS Jodie – CBA - Angleterre
Jodie has lectured in balloon Artistry at Capel Manor College and runs her own Balloon Artistry business. Jodie certainly dedicates her time to promoting, improving and training people for our industry. Her list of awards include; ‘Designer of the year’ at IPHS 1998 & 2002. 2nd place EBS ‘98, First place IPHS ’99, 1st place IPHS ’00, and 1st place at IBAC ‘01. Gold Medal winner at the The Qualatex EVENT ™ 2002.

Patrice – France
Patrice est un véritable « showman », un performer, un vrai ! Originaire du sud-ouest de la France, ce magicien, sculpteur est un pro du spectacle. Il travaille depuis peu en Espagne où il rencontre un succès détonnant grâce à sa « french touch » personnelle !

PERTUISOT Nathalie – CBA- France
L’atelier de Natt’ est basé dans la région parisienne. Décoratrice raffinée, Nathalie offre des prestations de grande qualité en explorant les différentes techniques de décoration ballon, et de ballon tendu, domaine dans lequel, son art excelle.

RAY Shirley
La famille de Shirley est une famille de magicien depuis trois générations. Parmi ces nombreux talent de « show woman », Shirley s’impose aussi en créatrice talentueuse de nombreuses figures en ballon qui ont un succès fou à travers le monde. Elle a d’ailleurs été élue « twister de l’année » lors d’une convention à Phoenix USA.

ROUSE Graham et Mary Queen - USA
Graham and Mary Queen Rouse of Rouse International began teaching as a team 17 years ago. This dynamic duo brings a wealth of information and experience to the Balloon Industry. Graham is the inventor of Internal Wire Sculpturing (Lite-Sculptures and Fantasy Flowers), Rouse Designer Panels and Rouse Matrix Systems. The Rouses’ exciting lives are filled with inventing, creating, teaching, exhibiting, consulting, writing, publishing and manufacturing. Teaching is one of the Rouses’ passions, and they have taught "balloons" on five continents. When not on the road, they live in Columbia, SC, USA.

SORELL Royal – CBA- USA
Royal Sorell cba started performing on stage in Boston, Massachusetts, USA delighting audiences of all ages with his blend of Mime, Magic and creative balloon art in 1978. Royal loves to explore the limits of using non-round balloon art in his stage act and creating monumental balloon sculptures for special events. Royal has taught his unique style of balloon art and performance at numerous conventions and seminars in the U.S., Europe, Japan, and South America since 1989.

WHITE Dee – CBA- Irlande Graphic design and marketing were the perfect background to launch Dee into the world of balloon business. He has successfully twisted balloons for 11 years and run a successful Balloon partnership business for 4 years. Dee has won may awards over the years, and after recently moving to England, has now turned his creativity and efforts to give back to the industry what he has learned. Dee’s flair for entertaining comes across in his popular classes where his passion and creativity are communicated to students all over the world; his teaching methods are flamboyant and exciting – not to be missed!
